Shield
The field is blue, red and white (silver) and alludes to the Army Materiel Command of which the unit serves. The top shape of the Ionic Capitals suggests scrolls and together the three columns represent a strong ethical foundation of continuous intuitional learning, training and deployment of contracting officers and noncommissioned officers to provide contracting support. The three columns also allude to the contracting structure of the Army Contracting Command, Expeditionary Contracting Command and Mission and Installation Contracting Command, as together they form a strong foundation to support the United States Army units worldwide. The crossed quill pen over the sword represents the execution of military duties in contracting operations.
